Breakfast

Breakfast is always something to look forward to at Dilly Dally House. Just the views from our upper lanai where breakfast is served will take your breath away. Sometimes we are lucky enough to have a rainbow and even a double rainbow show up in our yard while you are eating breakfast.

In our continuing efforts to expose you to the best of Kauai, we have once again altered our menu. Justine Henriques, life-long resident and our new manager, brings a local flair to breakfast that those fortunate to have experienced are raving about the food!

While we continue to offer a variety of local tropical juices, including passion fruit/orange, guava nectar, strawberry guava, mango/orange, pineapple, pineapple/start fruit and many more, we also serve Kauai Coffee Company's island grown Kauai Coconut Caramel coffee and various Hawaiian herbal teas.

While we serve all the fruits you would expect from an island paradise, such as coconut, pineapple and our home grown bananas, new seasonal fruits being offered are mountain apples, long-on, rambutan, lychee, star fruit and passion fruit.

Every morning will feature fresh baked items like banana blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls with Pat's famous coconut cream icing; Justine's yummy butter mocha, banana cinnamon streusel, and/or fresh Kauai bagels or croissants.

Our main course changes daily. It might be Diane's famous sausage quiche, or Justine's Ummi omelet in a bag, or banana cinnamon French toast, banana macadamia nut waffles, coconut pineapple pancakes, or scrambled eggs with Portuguese sweet sausage and fried breakfast rice or potatoes.

For our guests who unfortunately for religious, vegan, or vegetarian reasons cannot consume some or most of our breakfast items, there is always a hearty supply of cereals, cinnamon oatmeal with soy, rice or almond milks.
